What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Answer

ILL is a sharing agreement to lend books, articles, and other types of materials between different libraries. For current students, faculty, and staff, Middlebury Library will attempt to borrow from other libraries materials we don't own. We will try to obtain any materials you need, but we cannot guarantee success for all requests. It is ultimately up to the library who owns the item to decide whether or not to lend something to us.
