Q. Can I check out books from other libraries?

Middlebury is now part of the Boston Library Consortium, a network of 26 libraries located throughout the Northeast, including the University of Vermont (UVM). Middlebury faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students can borrow – in person – circulating materials from participating BLC libraries. If you are on campus, we recommend requesting books from other libraries through our InterLibrary Loan services.
