You can put the film on reserve for your course and for physical DVD's put the screening date in the notes part of the form.  The circulation desk will set it aside that day for you. The easiest thing to do is pull up the MIDCAT record for films we already have and use the "Put on Reserve" link on the right side of the screen.

If we don't already have the film, use our purchase request form (indicate if you want a DVD or streaming access).  Include the information needed for reserves and the screening date in the case for DVD's.

If you don't have a set date for screening yet, go ahead and use the methods above to put it on reserve and you can email library circulation later to notify them of your screening date so they can set it aside.
