One common reason why an e-book can't be downloaded is that only a certain number of pages can be downloaded, and the entire book is longer than the download maximum. (Often, the maximum is 100 pages, but this varies by publisher.)
If a download maximum prevents you from downloading an entire book, try downloading individual chapters by clicking on the download icon next to each chapter. Or, view the book online in your browser.
